 Welcome
to the South Island Siberian Husky Club
The SISHC is recognized as a specialty
breed club by the New Zealand Kennel Club and is made up
of members who are breeders, sled dog racers, exhibitors
and fanciers who all share one common goal, to promote
the interests and wellbeing of the Siberian Husky.
The South Island Siberian Husky Club
holds dog shows and sled dog racing events each year
with a very good level of support.
We offer chances to learn about and
experience the breed first hand.
The Siberian Husky is a delightful and
beautiful dog with many intriguing features but is not
the right dog for everyone. Feel free to come along to
an event to find out if it the right dog for you.
